After a serious car accident left me homebound, I stumbled upon a simple YouTube video for making crepe paper flowers. What started with a cheap Amazon kit quickly escalated into a passion for perfection, leading me to library books, instructional guides, and the discovery of high-quality Italian crepe paper.
